  • Lori Crisafulli

    Lori grew up in upstate New York as a child and South Florida as a young adult. Her first job was at a local ice cream stand. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in psychology from University of Florida (Go Gators) and her master’s degree in counselor education with a focus on school guidance from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton Florida. She is a dedicated worker and she greatly enjoys working with youth. Lori has a passion for advocating for others to better themselves and achieve personal success. Lori enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and biking.
  • Susan Ross

    Susan is a native of Bethesda, Maryland. Her first job was a Unit Control Clerk for Miss Harper’s apparel store at 14. Susan earned her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland University College and a Master of Arts degree in Education Administration and Adult Learning Theory from the University of South Dakota. Susan has spent two decades in workforce development designing continuing education training programs, overseeing program operations, and developing community partnerships to assist youth and adults. Her passion is helping people achieve their career dream and independence. Susan enjoys her family, friends, biking, hiking, Zumba and yoga.
  • Monique Sullivan

    Monique is a native of Severn, Maryland. Her first job was a drive thru cashier at Burger King. She is currently completing her bachelor’s degree in government and public policy at the University of Baltimore. Monique is a committed youth worker with over 12 years of experience working with teens and young adults from various backgrounds and cultures in both workforce development and the juvenile justice system. She is passionate about helping youth achieve their career goals. Monique is a die-hard Ravens fan, enjoys spending time with her two boys, dance fitness, movies and volunteering at her church.
  • Kathy Nelson

    Kathy is a native of Boston, Massachusetts. Her first job was a hotdog packer at the Jordan Meat Company in Portland, Maine (“The Official Hotdog of the NFL Patriots Football Team"). Kathy brings a broad range of experience to the AAWDC YouthWorks! team spanning more than 25 years of communications and project management. Kathy has worked as a writer and producer at NBC’s TODAY Show and she also ran her own production and communications firm. Kathy is a gifted manager and team player. Her passion however is working with young adults and helping them become well-prepared with the skills necessary to succeed and live happy and productive lives.
